With the project implemented in Kars province, the Kümbet Mosque (Church of the 12 Apostles) in the Kaleiçi Quarter was restored and environmental and landscape arrangements were made in the courtyard and square of Evliya Mosque. In addition, ablutions and lighting works were completed.
